• HP/All other brands - $75.00 per hour
• Xerox/Tektronix - $100.00 per hour

All service calls are subject to a minimum One-hour charge.

Price includes two cleanings annually, all travel and labor.

• 1 to 9 machines - $110.00 ea.
• 10 to 14 machines - $100.00 ea.
• 15 to 29 machines - $90.00 ea.
• 29 to more machines - $80.00 ea.

Example: 7 machines = $770.00 per year includes 2 cleanings on each machine and all travel and labor associated.

• InkJet Cleanings - $40.00 ea. (one cleaning per year)

Travel is billed in 15-minute increments of the hourly rate and is included in the minimum one-hour charge. Example: If it took 15 minutes to arrive on-site, there is 45 minutes of labor included in the minimum one-hour charge. If it took 30min to arrive on-site, then there would be 30 min of labor and so on.
